+ Medical

Maximize your Employee Benefits and Minimize your costs!

As a part of our service, we shop your medical/health benefits with the most competitive health insurance companies. We dissect the proposals and prepare a logical, common sense look at those quotes. We review with you all the different alternatives and the impact on your costs. You make the decision and we implement your chosen plans with the insurance companies. We educate your benefit coordinator/human resource personnel and educate the rest of the employees on their benefits through various communications including employee meetings, websites, and other written communication. Employee meetings are typically at least annually, based on the employer's wishes. We can meet with your workers on different shifts, lunch and learn meetings, breakfast meetings or any way that works best for your company. We totally service your benefit plans all through the year. Your benefits administrator gets training and our full support. Employees can call us, as well as the customer support at the insurance companies. Employees are welcomed to call us with any questions and clarifications.

+ Life
Basic life insurance is usually provided to all full time employees. Typically, the face amount is between $15,000 and $50,000 payable to the employee's personal beneficiary. Sometimes, the basic life insurance is all the life insurance an employee has.
+ Dental
Dental insurance provides coverage to employees and dependents for preventive dental as well as basic and major services. Dental charges can be very expensive. Dental benefits usually cover a preventive exam every 6 months and basic and major services as stated in the plan design.

We shop the dental market for good, competitive quotes from the major dental carriers. We review these proposals and prepare a spreadsheet of the alternative plan designs with their associated premium costs. It is easier to see and easier to make a decision.

+ Disability
Disability insurance provides your employee an income when the employee is not able to work because of a sickness or injury (not workers compensation). We obtain quotes from the major disability carriers and review those quotes in detail for contract differences. We will educate you on the terminology and differences between various plans. You will feel comfortable that you are doing the right thing for your employees.
+ Vision
Vision insurance provides employees and their dependents with good benefits for their eye exams, frames and lens, and contact lenses. Employees love vision coverage!
+ Optional Life
Optional life is a way for an employee to buy additional life insurance on a group basis for himself and his dependents. The premiums are paid by payroll deductions. If there is any underwriting, it is usually simpler with fewer health questions and requirements. This is so easy to do that most employees do participate.
